About Us

Applied Global Logistics is an international not-for-profit (or non-profit) organization that was founded to support the people in developing countries, who are unable to help themselves.

The aesthetics industry generates X amount of dollars, all of which is maintained as corporate profits.  Currently, invasive aesthetics procedures generate revenue of over 28 billion dollars every year.  Almost none of this money is directed towards caring for the world’s neediest people.

100% of our profit generated by the Raleigh Aesthetics Institute will go to fund surgical missions in the developing world. Generating income for raising money to pay for overseas surgical and benevolent mission trips.

Missions

We aim to provide complete support, protection and care to needy and deprived people in the society with special focus on rural communities; and aim to bring in change in their lives.

  • Hold surgical camps in needy world communities several times each year.

  • Perform 100s of free surgeries during each 5 to 10-day surgical camp.

  • Donate medical equipment, supplies, and pharmaceuticals to these impoverished areas.

  • Train physicians and nurses in their communities .

Why Surgical Mission?

Many easily treatable conditions become diseases with high fatality rates

In most countries, traumatic injury is the leading cause of death and disability for people under the age of 45. This age group is considered to be a country’s main workforce and hope for the future.

Lost economic output due to poor access to safe and affordable surgery will cost LMICs an estimated $12.3 trillion USD by the year 2030 unless access to surgical, obstetrical and anesthesia care is quickly improved.

In low- and middle-income countries many patients will not receive standard 'bellwether procedures' such as surgery for open fractures or Caesareans.
